Palash Beej refers to the seeds of Butea monosperma, a deciduous tree belonging to the Fabaceae family. Commonly known as Flame of the Forest, the tree is recognized for its bright orange-red flowers. The seeds are traditionally used in Ayurveda and herbal systems across India. Directions for use
