Narkachur, botanically known as Curcuma zedoaria, is an aromatic rhizomatous herb belonging to the Zingiberaceae family. Commonly known as white turmeric or zedoary, it is traditionally used in Ayurveda and herbal preparations. The rhizome possesses a characteristic camphoraceous aroma and slightly bitter taste. Narkachur contains naturally occurring essential oils, curcuminoids, and sesquiterpene compounds contributing to its distinctive composition and traditional usage.
Directions for use
